The size of the facility makes it a great place to work because you get to know everyone personally, staff and all.
Everyone here is very friendly and caring.
I think that it is the people who make the difference here. Even though it’s a small town with not many residents, I think the family environment and the drive to improve our work is what sets us apart and allows us to provide top notch care.

We all try to help each other out. Staying late or coming in early all to help and give residents the best that we can. They are unique folks and depend on the facility to provide all that they pay for. Example: someone other than aides answer call lights or helps residents with requests and if they need anything they can’t do they let nursing know.
