Painting Social

Residents, guests and team members gathered to paint door decorations. Painting parties are a social trend and the fun was brought to Heritage of Emerson. DeAndra , host of “Door Social”, brought her supplies to share. She coached the group on the painting process as they designed their very own door decor. Each artist created their own version of what they thought the Mason jar should hold. For some it was fire flies, others it was jam or baseballs. One of the guest commented, “What a better way to spend a 104 degree day”. There were 11 painters total. Music, conversation, creativity and laughter were all part of the afternoon. The afternoon was such a success that it has been decided to hold one again in the fall.
