Vetter Senior Living Announces World Class Quality Award Winners
Jack Vetter, Chairman of the Board and Owner of Vetter Senior Living (VSL) in Elkhorn, Nebraska, released the names of 4 VSL care centers that have earned a 2015 World Class Quality Award. The awards are the first of three distinctions possible through the VSL World Class Quality Award program, which honors its care centers that have demonstrated their commitment to improving quality care for seniors.
It is an honor to announce that Heritage of Emerson is one of the recipients of the
Vetter Senior Living World Class Silver Quality Award.
Patrick Fairbank, COO stated, “Quality is the new currency. Vetter Senior Living has learned that you cannot just talk quality; you have to prove quality.” To do so specific data is measured as it reflects on the Vetter Senior Living World Class Quality Awards. There are 13 different areas that Vetter Senior Living feels are key indicators for quality care. These specific areas measure for continuous improvement and growth while defining what merits the Silver Award.
Heritage of Emerson was honored during the Vetter Senior Living 40th Annual Fall Conference.
