Quilt Raffle Winner!

On Friday May 15th Lois S., quilt designer, and Delores H., resident at Heritage of Emerson, did their best to shuffle the names for the quilt drawing. With a generous crowd in attendance for Firday Community Chit Chat, the lucky name was drawn.
“Mary Ann T.”, from Vetter Senior Living was the lucky winner. The total raised by the quilt raffle $767. Vetter Foundation contributed another $1,000. The total amount will be donated to the Emerson Betterment Committee which in turn is directing the funds to the Emerson Wellness Center.
Heritage of Emerson would like to thank all those who purchased a ticket for the raffle and to thank Lois for her donation of the quilt. An amazing group effort that pooled together will help create a lasting gift to the community of Emerson.
Other fundraising events that Heritage has recently been involved with were donating all the proceeds from the Garage Sale and Pie in the Face Contest to the Vetter Foundation.
