Casting a spell of “Excellence”

Casting a spell of “Excellence” on team members this month, the Hocus Pocus Witches and Billy led the way for a mesmerizing day of crazy costumes. Each department was encouraged to come up with a theme and dress up for the day. The opportunity allowed team members to creatively find a fun way to unify their department and have a fun dress up experience. Not only did team members go all out in dressing up, but family members and residents wanted their pictures taken with the crazy themed groups. The nursing crew dressed as “Hocus Pocus”, nursing assistant’s day shift were the Village People, the dietary team was “Kitchen Witches” and Life Enrichment and Office manager were “Crazy Pet People’. The week before everyone glowed in NEON! The next few Tuesdays will again bring a fun theme topic to dress as with a Halloween Costume party for Residents, team members and the community. It has been a crazy sort of fun way to have fun at work and show how we can make where we work a place we love to be! <
