Nebraska Food Day
The Heritage of Emerson Family celebrated Nebraska by enjoying foods from Nebraska this past month.
Team members joined residents for a fun meal together. Featured foods were; Runza, Dorothy Lynch Dressing, Kool Aid and (Eskimo pie) Klondike bars. Pictured are Bert S. and Delores H.
